I’ve been underwater at my new job this week, so no real Fantasy data here. I’m going to keep it simple.
Start Your Studs
You spent all that time researching and drafting to plan. Now, Week 1 is simple – start the guys you picked to Start!! Don’t overthink it. Just do it. You will not lose the Title in Week 1.
Set your starters and relax. And yes, Start Zeke!!
Match Ups to Look at In Week 1:
If you have a close call or want to get in on the Daily Fantasy tip. Here are the games to target (I’ll do more in depth work on Daily in the coming weeks).
- 49ers at Bucs – Total 50.5 – This one should be a high scoring game and maybe slightly under the radar with other premiere games. Get Winston and your Bucs’s WRs in your lineups. Then, get Kittle or a correlated play on the other side. Should be fun.
- Texans at Saints – Total 52.5 – I still like this game as an Under play, but this is the highest total on the Board, so if you are in a contest including MNF, use it! I actually love Kamara against the Clowney-less Texans. The Texans should throw the ball a lot, so WRs.
- Lions at Cardinals – Total 46.5 – Not a high total for Vegas, but the Cardinals tempo and lack of defense should mean points for their opponents. Plus, Murray and Kingsbury want to chuck it. This is a sneaky play, and I think the players in this one will be under owned. I like the RBs on both sides and the DET WRs.
- Steelers at Patriots – Total 50 – Again, I like the Under, but these teams both have prolific offenses. Plus, on the big stage, they should have some big plays. Remember this is a SNF game so not all slates use this game.
